The General Services Department of the City of Sanford consists of four divisions including: Administration, Building and Grounds, Solid Waste, and Fleet Maintenance. The department is managed by Tim Shaw, General Services Director. The General Services employees are located at the Public Works Service Center.


Our mission is to provide essential and quality-of-life services to the citizens of Sanford in the most courteous, convenient and cost-effective manner.
